WORK, EXPERIENCE AND INCLUSION

01 / OUR PURPOSE

Disability or age should never exclude anyone from opportunities to work, start a business and contribute their experience.

We propose strengthening digital and artificial intelligence skills through each person’s experience, and supporting organisations to remove real barriers.

02 / TWO PERSPECTIVES, ONE PATH

Not starting from scratch.
Building on what we know.

A group of people brings their hands together in the centre of a table.
Inclusion is built with people, not on their behalf.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

Your experience has a future.

For adults with disabilities and people aged 50 and over who want to keep working, share their knowledge or explore new opportunities.

Technology and AI as tools to build on a lifetime of experience, not leave it behind.

FOR ORGANISATIONS

Talent needs an accessible environment.

For companies moving from intent to practice: prepared teams, accessible processes and adjustments that respond to people’s needs.

INFORMED GIVING

Your contribution starts
with an informed decision.

Giving is not buying a service. Donations are separate from commercial services and do not offer anything in return.

Donations are not enabled in this pilot. The foundation’s registration and project approval under these regimes have not been verified here. We do not accept payments or offer certificates or tax benefits.

BUSINESSES · LABOUR INCLUSION

Law 21.015

Inclusive hiring comes first. Subsidiary compliance measures require substantiated reasons. The donation route relates to eligible projects or programmes under Law 19.885: it is not an unrestricted alternative and not every contribution qualifies.

Review requirements and procedure
  1. Review substantiated reasons and current rules with your legal team.
  2. Verify the institution and eligible project before committing a contribution.
  3. Check deadlines, electronic reporting and required evidence with the Labour Directorate (DT). Do not assume another law’s tax treatment applies.
Ask about Law 21.015 →

GIVING TO NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS

Law 21.440

A donation regime with tax benefits subject to donor, recipient and contribution requirements. The recipient must already be listed in the relevant register. This does not replace compliance with Law 21.015.

Review registration and documentation
  1. Check the public register of eligible recipient organisations.
  2. Review permitted purposes and the requirements for your circumstances.
  3. Confirm the relevant documentation and certificate with the organisation and your tax adviser before donating.
Ask about Law 21.440 →

DONATIONS FOR SOCIAL PURPOSES

Law 19.885

This regime connects institutions in the Register of Donation Recipients with initiatives in the Project Bank. Requirements and benefits must be reviewed for each case, distinguishing social donations from subsidiary labour compliance measures.

Review the institution and project
  1. Check the institution’s entry in the official register.
  2. Check the approved project and its purpose in the Project Bank.
  3. Review evidence, certificates and tax treatment with official agencies and your adviser.

With practical application
Learn by doing, through work-related challenges.
With evidence and care
Define what will be measured, protect data and communicate only verifiable results. No promises of employment.

FOUNDER

Carolina García Berguecio

Industrial Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile and an ontological coach trained at The Newfield Network. She founded Comunidad Inclusiva in 2018, drawing on her experience of disability, together with two friends who are engineers and coaches.

Her story is at the foundation’s origins: turning barriers into a conversation about rights, opportunities and participation.
